1. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for your own research, analysis, and education, and for internal business purposes under an appropriate plan, subject to the data restrictions in Section 3 and our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Break any law or regulation, including securities, sanctions, and export control laws
• Manipulate markets, trade on inside information, or commit any other kind of fraud
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone, including QuantLink
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
• Send spam or collect personal data about other users
• Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or test the security of the Service without our written permission
• Upload malware or interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Get around usage limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions
• Generate content with AI features that breaks this policy or the usage policies of our AI model providers

3. Data Use and Redistribution

Market data in the Service is licensed from third parties and is subject to their restrictions. It may be viewed and used only within the Service. Unless a written agreement with us allows it, you may not:

• Download, export, copy, extract, or store market data outside the Service, except through download or export features that QuantLink expressly provides in the Service
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share market data or other content from the Service with any third party
• Build databases or data feeds that copy a substantial part of the data in the Service
• Use the Service as a substitute for licensing data directly from its providers
• Use data or content from the Service to train, test, or improve AI or machine learning models
• Use the Service to build or improve a competing product

4. Automated Access

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, browser automation, or other automated means to access the Service or collect data from it, except through interfaces and limits that we provide for that purpose or with our written permission.

5. Account Sharing

Each account is for one person. Do not share your login credentials or let others use your account. If more than one person needs access, each person needs their own account. We may use technical measures to detect account sharing.

6. Enforcement

If we believe you have broken this policy, we may remove content, limit or suspend your access, or terminate your account without a refund, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. We decide the appropriate action at our discretion.
