QuantLink AI ("QuantLink," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our financial data analytics platform at quantlink.ai and related services (the "Service").

  • User Content: Watchlists, custom dashboards, portfolio data, notes, and other content you create on the Service
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting us, including support requests, feedback, and survey responses

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, search queries, click patterns, time spent on pages, referral URLs, and navigation paths
  • Log Data: Server logs, access times, error logs, and diagnostic data
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location based on your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication Providers: If you sign in via Google, Apple, or other third-party authentication services, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those services

QuantLink is headquartered in the United States. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers maintain facilities. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country of residence.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ensure that transfers of personal data to countries outside these regions are protected by appropriate safeguards, including:

  • Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7): Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
  • Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making (Art. 22): You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you

12. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of collection, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (see Section 14)
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Service
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights

13. Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA)

14. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

QuantLink does not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not exchange your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We may "share" certain personal information with third-party advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, which may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.

To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes:

  • Email us at hello@quantlink.ai with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share"
  • Adjust your cookie preferences through our cookie consent manager (see Cookie Policy)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale/sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.


15. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@quantlink.ai. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.


16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Service with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, by sending an email notification at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.

QuantLink AI is committed to making our platform accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of disability or assistive technology used. We strive to ensure that our stock research tools, charts, screeners, and AI insights are usable by everyone.

Our Standards

We are actively working toward compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes improvements to color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, alternative text for images/charts, and clear structure for data tables and AI-generated content.

Measures We Take

Known Limitations & Continuous Improvement
